George's Camera

It’s a great place to buy gear. I traded my Sony a6000 for a pelican case, they gave me a very fair price based on B&H’s trade price. I cannot find words to describe the excellent service given by Peter, he was the most patient human being in the world, showing me several options of gear that I could trade my camera for. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. If you need to buy gear, buy it here, and please give Peter a raise!!!

Great experience at George's! We're fortunate to still have camera stores like this around. I have been in a few times and always received wonderful service from the knowledgeable staff and have found the prices to be comparable or better than what I've found online (at least for what I've been shopping for). Most recently I was in need of a camera bag to put inside a hiking pack for an upcoming trip and had settled on one I had found online that was in stock at George's. I went into the store to buy it and one of the staff members asked me to consider a different bag which hadn't come up in my online research. I ended up buying that bag and have been very happy that I've done so! George's will certainly be my first stop for all of my camera needs moving forward.

There aren't many camera stores around these days, let alone a good one. Props to Mark! aka - Joe Walsh. Mark took the time to assist in getting my Gopro and associated adapters to work with a telephoto lense. Not all shops are like this, and Mark is awesome! We'll do a prime lense next time. If you're reading and interested in my setup, the moded Gopro Hero 10 Black is by BackBone, and the Canon EF to MFT is from K&F. I had taken my grandfather’s film camera into the shop for repairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. I don’t know much about film but wanted to learn so I can continue shooting film just like my grandfather did. When I picked up my camera, Mark took the time to show me how to use it and what kind of film I needed. I will continue to come back and recommend anyone to do so as well. Thank you to everyone who works there. They were all so kind and helpful!
